Disclosure of Contents of Selected Proposal and Evaluation Documents
Once recommendation for approval of the IBHIS Agreement appears on the Board Agenda, the selected proposal and related evaluation documents shall also become a matter of public record, with the exception of those parts of the proposal which are appropriately designated by the Proposer as proprietary or trade secrets, and those parts of the evaluation documents which contain information considered confidential by County and the Proposer.
These records are available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the following address:

To inspect a copy of the selected proposal and evaluation documents, or to obtain copies thereof, you may contact the Chief Information Office Bureau at (213) 251-6405. Alternatively, you may submit a written request via e-mail at IBHISCommunications@dmh.lacounty.gov. The subject matter line of the e-mail must specifically state “Public Disclosure Request.”
Note:The IBHIS RFP, including all associated exhibits, attachments, and addenda, is the only document that can be relied upon in preparing a responsive competitive bid proposal for the IBHIS procurement. Any other information provided on this DMH web site is solely for general public information and does not in any way pertain to any requirements for the IBHIS procurement.
